Welcome to myrooms.design. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("myrooms," "we," "us"), a Legacy Bridge Holdings product, governing your use of our website, apps, browser extension, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. You're responsible for your account, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity that happens under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2The Service

myrooms.design lets you plan rooms, upload and organize product images, build shoppable room cards, publish them, explore and fork rooms shared by others, and view analytics on your published rooms. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, images, text, and other content you upload ("Your Content"). By publishing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resizing or removing image backgrounds), and display it as needed to operate and promote the Service. When you publish a room publicly, you allow other users to view it and, where you enable it, to fork it.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights to everything you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or violate any law.

4Forking & shared rooms

Public rooms may be "forked" by other users, which creates a copy they can edit as their own. Forking copies the room's layout and product selections but strips the original creator's affiliate links. If you publish a public room, you understand and permit this.

5Affiliate links & monetization

You may add affiliate or product links to your rooms. If you do, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, disclosure requirements (such as the FTC's), and the terms of any affiliate program you participate in. myrooms.design is not a party to, and is not responsible for, purchases made through your links or the products they point to.

6Subscriptions & billing

• Core features are free. Paid plans (for example, the Creator plan) unlock additional features for a recurring fee, billed through our payment processor, Stripe.
• Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
• We may change plan pricing or features with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

7Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or that you don't have rights to.
• Misuse, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Scrape, resell, or misrepresent the Service, or use it to spam or mislead others.
• Impersonate anyone or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.

8Intellectual property

The Service itself — including our name, branding, design, and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms don't grant you any rights in our brand or software except the right to use the Service as intended.

9Third-party products & links

The Service may reference or link to third-party products, retailers, and sites. We don't control and aren't responsible for them, their content, or any transactions you make with them.

10Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

11Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, myrooms.design and Legacy Bridge Holdings will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

13Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

14Governing law
